Langtang Valley Trek

Langtang Region Trekking

Langtang Region TrekkingLangtang region is toward the north of Kathmandu Valley. The view here is marvelous, and the trek more daring as the territory is gone to by less visitors. Toward the west of Langtang is Ganesh Himal with a scope of 6000 to 7000 meters. The Gosainkund and Helambu locale are at its south. These can be consolidated with Langtang to make treks from 7 days to 21 days.

Our Trek for Langtang Valley starts with the tours from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. Then we began our trekking from the lower region of the Langtang Valley through small villages, farmlands and lush full forests up to Kyangjin Gompa. The excellent sunrise at the Tserko Ri makes Langtang region the peace of paradise. The area was a border to Tibet and a few years ago it was used as one of the main trading routes.

The territory was assigned Nepal’s first Himalayan National Park in 1971. Tamang and Sherpa are its original inhabitants whose religious practices, language and costumes are considerably more like those of Tibet than to the customs of their cousins in the center slopes. The forests in the area have temperate and sub-alpine vegetation. Wildlife incorporates migratory birds, deer, monkey, Tahr and Pika. The best time for trekking the Langtang territory is spring and autumn. A large portion of the trekking courses in Helambu and Langtang are all around presented with tea-houses making trekking very conceivable. In any case, there are no such services in the Ganesh Himal region or Ganja La zone. A Trek to the Langtang valley offers a chance to investigate the Tamang towns, climb small mountains and to visit glaciers at a more agreeable height than other trekking areas

Langtang lies on the north side of the Kathmandu Valley. The breathtaking scenery, snowfall and in the isolation of the natural tranquility as the very few trekkers visit this region, this adventurous trek turns out to be the most memorable experience of life. At the west side of the Langtang Ganesh Himal with a range of 6000 to 7000 meters. At the south Gosainkund and Helambu region are most noteworthy places to be explored any adventure spirit tourist. To sum of all these destinations it combined with Langtang the journey would take around 7 days to 21 days but you can extend your visit if you want to stay more, lots of tourists do this when they visit this place.

Langtang Gosaikunda Treks

About This Trek

Langtang Gosaikunda trek joins the remote and fantastic valley of Langtang, with the high mountain lakes at Gosainkund. Visit the delightful Langtang National park and after that trek to the end of the valley to see the brilliant mountains views. Following the Trisuli River north out of Kathmandu, we start our journey through Trisuli Bazaar and Dhunche to Syabrubesi. We at that point swing to the east into the Langtang valley, crossing the river, we go up along a gorge, and then down to the valley. We go through oak and rhododendron forests and cross glacial moraine on our way to the Tamang village of Langtang. Somewhat further up the valley is Kyangin Gompa, where we stop overnight. We go through Nubamatang, settled in a concealed valley, on our way up to see the icy masses, which check the entryway into Tibet. Backtracking, we go through Syabru and Sing Gompa to a high level, where the sacred lake Gosainkund is found.

The Gosaikunda territory is viewed as religious destinations or the purest holy lakes of Langtang, Nepal as a result of its authentic convictions. As indicated by Hindu Mythology, it is trusted that Gosaikunda Lake has a connection with Lord Shiva ("God of energy and decimation"). Individuals trusted that Lord Shiva meditated for a quite a long time in the Himalayas of Nepal and Tibet and took a bath in this lake and readily obtained the purity of the soul. Many Hindus from Nepal and India walk up to the Gosaikunda lake to clean up their sins and sorrows.
