Ilam is the Far eastern district of Nepal (140m to 3,636m above the sea level) it is inhabited by people of various culture, and ethnicity living together in perfect peaceful harmony. Illam is at the foothills of Mount Kanchenjunga the third highest pick of the world. Illam is famous for its wonderful lush-green large land of tea gardens and the rolling hills covered with tea leaves. The greenery is very common and it is all over the hills all around the year.
